New Homes in Gilbert, AZ- Adora Trails built by Taylor Morrison

Builders have actually been busy selling and building new homes again for the past 2 years. Taylor Morrison is one builder who is going strong. They have 18 neighborhoods throughout Maricopa County. The only one in Chandler will be opening later in 2013 and is named Maplewood Court just north of 202 and west of Arizona Avenue. I am going to be highlighting Adora Trails today.

  1. It’s a really great sign to see so many builders back to doing what they do best. Obviously Gilbert was hard hit with the housing meltdown, but it’s a vibrant city that will bounce back quicker than most in the same boat. Thanks for sharing.
