The Builders had the best year they have had since 2008. They are predicting 2018 to be even better. If you drive in the East Valley you can’t go one block without seeing a new development in the works. Gilbert, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley are going gang busters, but you can still actually build a new home in South Chandler.
I wanted to highlight a few of the new developments between Queen Creek Road and Hunt Highway and Cooper to Val Vista. They range in prices from $450,000’s- $600,000. Most are single level subdivisions and gated. If you have any questions or would like to look at the models, give me a call and I would love to go with you. Mattamy has 2 neighborhoods in the works. They are on the West and East corners of Queen Creek and Cooper. No Prices or square footage is available yet, but I will be updating as soon as there is information on this.
Richmond American has models already opened just south of Queen Creek on Cooper. This neighborhood is called Maderas. It is gated and ranges from 3260-4010 sq. ft. Prices are starting at $596,990.
Maracay Homes has 3 developments in South Chandler. Hawthorne Manor is open and ranges from 3030-3839 sq. ft. Starting at $500,000. They are located at Chandler Heights and Cooper. The other 2 neighborhoods are still at the dirt stage. They are located at Cooper and Riggs and Mcqueen and Hunt Highway.
Cal Atlantic is located at Gilbert and Riggs. Pescara neighborhood ranges from 2919-3748 sq. ft. and starts at $478,400.
Shea Homes is located on Val Vista just south of Riggs. Reserves at Val Vista is also gated and starts at $490,000.
